CAPTUR3D stores your client contact information to make creating bookings a breeze. New clients and contacts may be entered either when creating a booking or by navigating to the relevant page under the Client's navigation bar dropdown.
From the clients page, you may edit account details and amend their 3D Tour branding, and review the status of any of their bookings.
The contacts page gives you a similar overview of your contact address book. From here you can review or edit a contact’s details and see the status of any bookings they are assigned to.
During the booking creation process, you will be asked to create or assign a contact to the booking. This will be the default point of contact for the 3D technician for access to the property if no other access information is provided. The booking’s contact will also be used as the default email address for delivery emails such as notifications, content delivery and analytic reports.
