To ensure your 3D Tour is delivered to the highest quality please read the checklist below:
1. Clean Up
The optimum method to showcase your space is achieved by presenting your furniture, floorboards and fixtures as you would present them for an open inspection/event.
2. Items To Be Removed
- TV remotes
- Toilet seats (close lids)
- Pets/animals removed or hidden
- Do not hide items
These objects add unnecessary clutter to your space, which is reflected in your 3D Tour. If you would prefer that a certain room would not be scanned, please advise your 3D Technician.
3. Overall Presentation
Please ensure you complete the check-list below prior to scanning for the best result:
- Turn all lights and lamps on
- Open curtains and blinds
- Ensure outdoor areas are presentable
- Open all internal doors
4. Stay Out Of Frame
Unlike traditional cameras, please remember the camera rotates 360 degrees. If there are small children present, please ensure they are supervised during the scan. It is crucial that you inform the 3D Technician immediately if anyone has walked past the camera. Images cannot be deleted or edited once the 3D Technician has left your space.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact the 3D Technician.
