Payment for credits will be taken instantly. All orders on CAPTUR3D. All credit purchases on PAYG are a one-off cost - there are no recurring payments for content you have ordered.
If you are on one of our Monthly Subscription plans (Individual, Team or Business) you will be billed at the start of your monthly billing cycle. This is a recurring monthly fee based on whatever plan you have chosen.
Click 'Credits' on the top-right menu of your CAPTUR3D Dashboard and four tabs will appear; Manage Credits, Billing, Order history and Invoices. Please see below for what each tab contains:
Click on the 'Invoices' tab along the top of your Dashboard:
You can view each type of credit purchase made, including date, credits purchased, monetary amount, and an option do download an invoice PDF. To download/export an invoice, click 'View'
