What areas are included in floor plan measurements?

CAPTUR3D's default floor plan parameters include dimensions/areas in the Matterport Virtual Tour which have proper room access.

We provide dimensions of all internal areas, however in regards to the garage we only include this when the garage is visible/accessible in the Virtual Tour Furthermore, if the garage is not visible in Virtual Tour but can be seen from Google satellite imagery, or in the external 360° Views, then we will include the garage to scale (per our best judgement) but we won't show its measurements or include these.

In regards to outdoor areas (decking, patio etc), we can also include this if the dimensions are clearly visible from the top/floor plan view of the Virtual Tour but these measurements will not be included in the total internal areas of the residence.

We can also apply a set of custom rules that you require into your account profile, so that every time you order a floor plan we follow these rules exactly and you will receive consistent designs for each order per your request.
