The ‘Accounts & Billing’ section is located under your ‘User Profile’ icon in the very top-right of your CAPTUR3D Dashboard. This section works on a handy tab system, so you can easily find everything you’re looking for. These are:
Overview
- This page provides a summary of your account, including how many credits you currently have (for services such as floor plans, post production and photo retouching), your active premium tour subscription and billing cycle and renewal dates.
- The ‘Add-on overview’ module allows you to see which add-on services you have active, such as ARConnect.
- Further down the page, you’ll find the ‘Billing’ section where you can update and edit your payment details.
Credits
- The ‘Credits’ tab allows you to purchase credits for our floor plan, post-production and photo retouching services.
- You can purchase credit bundles at a discount, or purchase individual credits at a volume of your choice. Please note, credits do not have expiry dates.
- You can view your credit order history in the ‘Credit orders’ tab.
Subscriptions
- The ‘Subscriptions’ tab allows you to purchase a subscription and view your premium tours.
- Under the ‘Plan purchase’ tab, you can choose either a monthly or yearly subscription. The yearly subscription option offers a 16% discount compared to monthly subscriptions.
Invoices
- The ‘Invoices’ tab allows you to see all your monetary purchases, including credit purchases, plan subscriptions, ARConnect and add-ons. You can download PDF versions of each invoice and you’ll also receive an email copy.
