Enhance your digital twin with audio using our Background Audio tool. This allows you to assign one audio file to your entire digital twin. The audio will play when your end-user visits any scan point.
Current file compatibility is: MP3, WAV or WEBM under 100MB.
Here’s how to set up background audio:
- In the CAPTUR3D Creator Studio, select the Audio tab in the top navigation menu.
- Click + Upload audio
- After uploading your audio file(s), hover over your file and select the green + button.
- Assign your audio file as Background audio
- Your background audio selection will now appear in the right-hand side panel.
- Under Properties you can toggle Loop audio on/off to determine if your background audio plays once or loops over.
- Click Publish in the top right-hand corner to ensure that your work is saved!
How to change Background Audio to an Audio Zone
Audio zones allow you to easily add location-based audio to your property. So if you already have Background Audio assigned, but you want to create an audio zone instead, simply:
- Choose the desired file under Your audio in the right-hand side panel.
- Click the dropdown menu under Properties and change from Background to Zone.
2. Click the + button in the middle of the editor window and draw your audio zone. For more information on how to create Audio Zones, look at our other support article here.
