Ordering

To order a Single Property Website, click the +New button in the top-right of your Dashboard and follow the steps to order a Virtual Tour. The Single Property Website is included as part of our Virtual Tour Overlay bundle, which also includes a branded Virtual Tour, vanity URL link, detailed Analytics and branded content delivery feature.

Editing

You can edit/amend all aspects of the Single Property Website within this section, including assets, content, template type and overview/property description.

To make changes to your Single Property Website, click the Website tab in your chosen Property Page, and then click Edit in the Website Settings module and select a template from the dropdown menu:

Real Estate Template

CAPTUR3D provides the ideal real estate single property websites. We offer 2 variations that are focused on real estate, however you can also easily create your own single property website for real estate. Please see below for an example:

The industrial Single Property Website template positions the Virtual Tour at the top of the page. You are also able to upload and integrate multiple file formats, and direct users to Dropbox or WeTransfer links. This includes PDF, OBJ, DWG, RVT, JPEG files and many more.

Photos, Files and Contact info for your Single Property Website

The order of the images in the Photo Gallery is determined by rearranging the images in the content section of the corresponding property by dragging/dropping them (see below).

The top-left image in the photos grid will be the photo shown first in the Single Property Website. 

Any videos you upload will be showcased last in the highlight reel.

The Single Property Website also contains a description of the property, integrated Google Maps and your Floor Plan & Site Plan.

A Lead Generation tool has been integrated allowing users to contact the listing agent by email or phone call. All leads will be sent directly to the agent and also stored on the booking page:
