Ordering a Floor Plan & Site Plan

You can order floor plans by either using a Matterport URL or by uploading a file/drawing for us to create your floor plan order.

N.B. Before you order your first floor plan, please ensure you have connected your Matterport and CAPTUR3D accounts so we can provide you with the most accurate deliverables. For a guide on how to do this, please click here.

We are able to provide either 2D or 3D floor plans in a variety of file formats with no extra charge, including .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .rvt, .fml and .dwg files. Please just request the file formats within the 'Notes' section when placing an order.

To order a Floor Plan & Site Plan click the '+ New' button and then click 'Floor Plan' from the drop-down menu:

You can enter either the URL of your Matterport model into the relevant field, or select the 'From File' tab and upload a drawing/sketch of a floor plan you would like us to replicate:

Enter the property address for the floor plan (please ensure this matches the address of the model in your Matterport Cloud so we can deliver the most accurate Site Plans back to you):

Select your preferred Floor Plan style. You can choose from our default Floor Plan & Site Plan templates, or use one you have uploaded into the custom Floor Plan Templates section on the left side-menu of CAPTUR3D. For more info on setting up custom templates, click here.

You can also add any notes or additional files (measurements, drone images etc) to help our design team deliver exactly what you require the first time around and minimise any further amendments.

Once you're happy, click the 'Order' button and your Floor (& Site) Plan will be delivered back into your CAPTUR3D Dashboard within 12-24 hours.
