Why is my floor plan delayed?

CAPTUR3D turnaround times are within 12-24 hours, although there may sometimes be issues as to why orders are delayed. This could be that the Virtual Tour has a lot of scan points (+200), or that we don’t have access to the particular Matterport model in your account. Please also ensure the ‘Measurement Tool’ and ‘Floor Plan View’ icons are turned on in your model.

Other reasons could be that there are misalignment errors in the matterport model, which may not allow our design team to create/deliver the full floor plan.
